Vending Machines OKC | Why You Need Vending
This is podcast number 24 k and k vending providing vending machines, okc. And today I just want to talk about why you would want a vending service at your location. Um, maybe there are many people kind of looking at vending machines, okc thinking, you know, I don’t know if it’s worth it. It’s too much trouble, you know, why, why should we have vending service? My, my, my employees customers really don’t need that. Don’t want that. And, or maybe you’re saying something along the lines of, I’ll just do it myself. Um, I’ll, we’ll, we’ll take care of it. And we don’t, we don’t want to mess with the vending company. And, um, you know, just kind of go over some of those, those issues. First of all, your employees and customers want want vending service. I can almost guarantee that, um, that if you have a place of any, any size at all, Vending Machines OKC people who are there for extended periods of time are going to want some kind of drink.
They’re going to want some kind of snack. And if you don’t have that, you know, they’re gonna gonna not be as productive, going to maybe be a little upset that, or I’m annoyed that maybe you do not have that. And so, uh, you know, most people today in our world expect things right right now. And so they want, you know, their drink or snack right now and they don’t expect to have to go work too hard to get it. And so, uh, you know, for any business, for any location, you know, having a vending service for your employees and customers, it’s just imperative, uh, because that’s what they expect. They expect you to have that. And second of all, you know, that’s gonna make things better. And so it’s a, you know, it’s just a must in today’s world that you have something for them and it, it shows you care. And I’m just kind of going that extra step. And really probably it’s just kinda the average, I mean, if you don’t have it, they think that if you do have it, then that’s what they expect. And so, um, and maybe if you go a little bit further and, um, do some of our other services like the pantry surface, were you offered that as a complimentary for your employees or your, um, your customers than that would be going above and beyond and that, that would just really, really excite them and make them happy and think, man, they are going above and beyond here what I’m trying to look out for their employees or customers. And um, you know, we bill you for what has been used and if, if that has not, um, and you can set a budget for that. Um, so that, you know, there’s only a certain amount that you maybe want to spend on that. Well, we can set a budget and so that way, you know, we will not go over that. Um, so that’s one thing you can do, but, you know, people expect that and you know, there’s ways to really go above and beyond that for your, for your employees and customers. And the other, you know, other thing that some people might be thinking is that, um, you know, you’re looking at vending machines. Okay, see they kid, man, I don’t really want to mess with the vending company. Um, Vending Machines OKC you know, why don’t I just go ahead and we’ll either buy a machine ourselves and stock it and we’ll take care of everything, um, or, or, you know, do some kind of our own pantry service.
Uh, and, and there’s people that do that. But one thing I would say is that, that takes a lot, a lot more work, I think, than people realize. First of all, you got to go buy the products. Um, and that’s going to take time out of somebody’s schedule to go do that. Uh, so one of your employees is messing with that, um, and you’re having to deal with it and they can do other work, the work that really needs to get done, um, and so, and then when they do buy products, you know, it’s going to be hard for them to get a wide variety of stuff. The other thing is you’ve got to constantly monitor it and there is issues that come up, you know, um, first of all, you know, you got to monitor every week and make sure everything’s there and that things are stocked and, and if, if they’re not and that’s going to make employees unhappy, that’s going to make customers unhappy. And so you’ve got to really stay on top of it. A number two, you know, things happen. I mean, you know, things will go, go out on him, um, and you’ve got to have spare parts, uh, Vending Machines OKC you got to be able to fix them. And so maybe, you know, that’s probably another thing that you don’t really want to mess with a from an office standpoint if you’re not a vending machine company. Um, and so, um, the, you know, that would be something to think about when you decide that maybe I want to put my own vending machine in.
First of all, this costs money. They’re not cheap. Second of all, there’s, there’s work involved. You’re going to have to take one of your employees, you know, what happens if it breaks down, there’s a sales tax sticker that you have to buy. And I would say, you know, you’re not going to make a lot of money for your office just on one machine. I mean, way the way vending machine companies make their money is to have several locations and they do it by volume rather than by location. But, um, most, most locations, it’s, it’s really probably not worth your time just to do one machine and to put all the time, worry about repairs, all of that.
