Vending Machines OKC | Why We Don’t Require Contracts

This is podcast seven from Kane, k vending, providing vending machines, Okc, and today we were wanting to talk about, or we, we had talked about another podcast about are no contracts and how important that is and why we feel we don’t have to offer contracts and why maybe other vending machine companies require you to do that. And so we feel like that contracts and there’s certain reasons behind that vending machine equipment does cost a lot of money and so people want to feel like if they get into your location, you know, and they’re spending a lot of money putting those machines in that they can feel that, you know, things aren’t gonna Change. Vending Machines OKC Maybe new manager comes in and decides to change just whatever reason. Um, and so they want that assurance that they’re going to be there but from him. So that’s good for them.

But from a customer’s standpoint, um, you know, the contracts are probably not good for you. Um, because they, you know, it. What if they come in and don’t do what they promised? What if they are not providing the service that you want? What if they’re really not given you a good selection and maybe you’ve talked to him and you know, maybe be running on a Dr pepper every week, but they, you know, they say they’re going to put more in but they really don’t. And so what, what, Vending Machines OKC what? We’re really going to be hard for you to get them out with that contract tracked. Now you might go to them and say, Hey, you know, I’m sure there’s part of the contract that says, you know, you’re not performing the duties like you’re supposed to and so we can get out of the contract, but that’s a very gray area.

And so, you know, you could have, have to go to court over that and nobody wants to do that. I mean, that’s a big hassle. Um, it’s gonna take a lot of time, a lot of money and in the end you’re probably just like, eh, we’ll just wait. And so whether it’s a one year, two years, you know, there are some that will do three, four years of contract. And to me that’s just nuts. Why, you know, especially if you don’t know the company very well. Um, why, Vending Machines OKC why would you do that? Why would you put yourself, put in your employees customers through something that you don’t know how it’s gonna perform or you know, maybe they do good for a little while, but then maybe they get a different route driver and, and they just don’t do as well and so, and they won’t change. And so, you know, there’s a lot of things that can go wrong with your vending machines. Okay. See a service that, you know, maybe in the end you’d want to change. And so having that contract, you know, it makes it much more difficult.

And so with our vending machines, okay, see from Kane k vending, we do not require contracts. Um, you know, first of all, you know, we just don’t feel comfortable making people sign contracts mean that’s stuff you do for real estate, for business acquisitions, but just for a simple service that we’re going to provide for your business that just didn’t seem necessary. And you know, we, we would never sign a contract if you’re running a business. And, uh, they were just going to bring a service into our business, you know, we’re not signing a contract. It’s either, you know, we would expect to get good service and because of that we would keep using them. And so, Vending Machines OKC uh, we do not require that. Yeah, we are going to spend money on the equipment, but we feel the assurance that we’re going to get, um, with, with going into your location is that we’re going to provide great service.

Um, we are going to listen if there’s something going wrong, something you want changed, we will get on it and that we’re going to build not just the relationship for a few months, a year where everybody’s happy. And then after that it’s just like, so, so we, we want this to be built for the long run and for several years and you know, hey, maybe a new manager comes in, but there should be such great things said about the previous service from, uh, from the employees or other customers that they will not want to change. And when, once they see us in action, you know, the, they’re not going to change. And so contracts to us, if you have vending machines, Okc is, is really just a way to protect people who just aren’t gonna provide good service. And so, um, we, we just do not feel like we have to require contracts and I’m sure, you know, if there is other vending companies, people who operate vending machines, okay, see that are listening to this, that they would say you’re crazy for going in and not offering contracts.

I mean, you’re going to buy very expensive equipment. Who knows what could happen for a number of reasons. Um, you know, and you know, there’s always a chance that any business could go, go out. Um, and uh, you know, that’s, that’s, that’s all part of business. But first of all we offer great service. Um, and if, if a business did go out, you know, we feel like we could, we could easily get that put into somewhere else that would really appreciate what we, what we had to offer. And so there, there’ll be a lot of, a lot of people who were kind of old school vending machine guys that would just say you just, that’s just not how you do it. That’s old school thinking in, in our, Vending Machines OKC in our way of looking at it. Um, you know, the economy has changed. I mean there’s so much being offered out there that, you know, you have, you’ve got to change with it and you know, there’s so many other ways to get snacks and, and services, um, you know, drinks, coffee to, to whatever that, you know, you better be able to provide that service and provide it well or somebody else going gonna come in and scoop it, scoop it up from you and take it from you.

And so we feel like, you know, we have adapted to that and this was the way vending machine companies are going to perform in the future and that, you know, you got to go in there and, and you better, you better perform or you’re going to get booted out. And so it’s kind of the way, you know, Vending Machines OKC our economy works. Capitalism works. And you know, you better go do your job or somebody else is gonna come along this better survival of the fittest.

And so when you useK and k vending, I mean, we’re going to come in and figure out what you want and we’re gonna try to do everything we can to give you, give you as close as we can to exactly what you want. And most of the time we can shorten times, maybe, you know, there’s certain things that offices are wanting or locations or wanting that maybe we just cannot do and still be a win for us. We’re looking for a win win. And I think that’s what any, that’s what just anybody could hope for that it’d be a win for our, our company at k and K or in a win for your employees and locations. And it would, it would make your business run smoother. And so we’re going to do anything and everything that we can do to make that happen. And we’ve got a lot of different solutions, um, that we’re looking into. And um, a lot of different things that I think we can offer to your company or location. So, Vending Machines OKC and again, just remember, um, you know, vending machines. Okay. See, we do a lot of different things. We offer, you know, credit card readers on all our machines with no fees. Um, you know, a lot of companies are going to charge that extra ten cents. And so after awhile that can add up, um, we are,


probably the most important is where the lowest price guarantee. And so, you know, with our company you’re at the lowest price. Um, you know, we’ll, we’ll, we’ll be there in anybody anybody’s on the products and we feel like we can do that because we offer such great service that we’re going to sell more people are going to be relying upon our machines. They know it’s going to be there, it’s going to be stocked, taken care of. And so, uh, we feel like we can offer the lowest price. And so with them, with the low price, with the, um, with the credit cards and no credit card fees with the Shervin on your snack machines, no contracts.
