There’s just a lot of great advantages we have over the other other vending machine companies. Vending Machines OKC so if you’re looking at vending machines, Okc, and you’re thinking about either getting vending service into your office or maybe you’re just not happy with your current, um, surface summit. We’ve had several calls over the last month or so of people just not happy with their current service and look into, um, maybe get somebody better and we can provide that will take a lot of pride in what we do and we’ll just kind of go that extra mile for you and try to just do everything we can.
Provide the best vending service that we can for you and in your, in your, um, location, employees, customers, uh, whatever, uh, you’re, you’re looking for. And so I would say the first thing that we do at k and k vending is, um, well first of all, we just provide great service. So it’s a family owned locally owned business. We live in the Oklahoma City area. Um, we have deep roots here and I’m really try to serve the community. You’re going to get a friendly face every time. It’s not going to be, uh, you know, a lot of new people coming in and out like some regional vending companies that have a lot of people and they have hourly workers that are, you know, gonna be there for a few months and then they’ll move them somewhere else. Vending Machines OKC so you’re always going to be seeing different people, um, where you’re going to see, you know, the same people, a lot less turnover.
And I think that makes a difference. People get to know, you get to know the location. No, you’re what people like the habits and that’s important. Um, and so definitely if you look into vending machines, okay, see, you know, make sure that the place that you’re going with is not just a, you know, big company. That’s just going to throw a machine in there and then have somebody who makes, you know, small minimum wage and uh, they’re just going to throw some snacks in there and really don’t care. Vending Machines OKC, and so we, we, we really tried to go that extra mile service. The other thing, if you’re looking at vending machines, okay, C is we offer the lowest price guarantee. Um, you know, we will, we, we feel like our prices gampy beat and we work hard to keep our prices low, give you the best.
I’m the best value for your money. And uh, you know, one example would be in bottles. A lot of companies do 20 ounce bottles. If you go to 7:11 or other convenience stores, you’ll notice those 20 ounce bottles. I mean, shoot, I’ve seen him like one slash $79, 79. Um, and so if you go to a lot of vending companies, you know, they’re charging you a dollar $75 50 for that 20 ounce bottle. And, you know, what we have done is we’ve actually dropped down to the 16 point nine ounce bottle, which, you know, for somebody who used to drink his share of soda. No, that’s plenty. Um, I think most people have a hard time with 20 ounce bottle anyway. Um, and we can charge a dollar for that and it really works great. Our customers are super happy about that. It’s great value. And Vending Machines OKC, you know, it’s just one thing that we do to really keep our prices low and um, you know, give the best thing that we can to our customers.
The other thing that we do is we don’t require contracts. A lot of vending machine companies, you’re looking at vending machines. Okc are going to require you to have a contract and they are going to um, you know, write up contract, have you sign it and they’re going to say we can only be the only vending service here for a year or two years. Heck, I’ve even heard of some people that are, have contracts for four years and so to, to us, you know, contracts, first of all are scary thing. Most people get kind of nervous when they hear the word contract and you know, we don’t expect people to sign contracts and second of all, you know, mainly that’s for um, you know, things can happen if, uh, you know, the company shuts down or whatever, you know, that’s just part of it. Vending Machines OKC But really what that is saying is that you’re not going to go to somebody better, um, in the next two years or year or whatever.
If we’re not doing a good job, then you know, you have to stick with us and we feel like contracts are only for companies that are afraid that they’re going to lose your business because they’re not doing the best that they could do. And so we feel like we’re, we feel very competitive as well. Our prices with our service, with our machines and other things that we can offer that you’re not going to want to go anywhere else. So we’re going to build that longterm relationship. And so we do not require contracts of any kind, Vending Machines OKC, and a lot of vending machine, okc companies are going to require that.
Um, the other thing that we feel like we have a great advantage on his credit card readers, first of all, we provide credit card readers on all of our machines. That’s just, we feel like part of the economy today, you have to have that and, but a lot of companies will have those and, but then they charge you an extra ten cents that they charge you a processing fee and just talk to a group the other day. And they were a little bit upset about that, that you specifically asked about the processing fees. I said no processing fees. Um, and the reason we do that is we just feel like that’s part of doing business today. Um, you know, we, we, we have just a. people expect to be able to use their cards. They don’t care cash and you know, just to add that extra ten cents a I think really irritates a lot of people. Vending Machines OKC so we, we do not charge the extra fee for credit cards. And, and I think that’s just a great thing. So if you’re looking at vending machines, Okc, you know, make sure that company, you know, if they, if they do offer credit card readers, and I’ve seen several machines out and about that do not have credit card readers, you know, what, what are their processing fees, um, what are they going to charge you just for using the, um, the credit card.
And then the other thing that we do, we tried to keep all our machines and you know, with the latest technology, um, we might not have brand new machines, but they’re going to be updated to the latest technologies so we can put a credit card readers on it. Those credit card readers are going to have to be able to collect data that we can look up on our computer, we can see how much is sold and we can even get notifications if something’s not going right and we can look at it. Um, you know, maybe there’s a coin jam or the dollar bill thing is not working. Um, that gives us updates and a lot of times we can get out there and get it fixed before, you know, Vending Machines OKC really a whole lot of people know that even if there’s even anything wrong with. And so that is a great, great update to vending machines over the last 10, 20 years that allows a lot of cool stuff and gives you a better vending experience.
If you could put the shirt bend or guarantee delivery options on your, um, um, snack machines and some drink machines where you know, the spindles will spin and you know, the chips get stuck. That irritates a lot of people. If you have that, there’ll be a laser down at the bottom of your machine. And in effect what will happen is that if it doesn’t sense a product, it’ll just keep spinning the spinning the spiral and so that the product will fall out. If it doesn’t, then I’ll just give you your money back. That’s how it works most on. There’s a couple different versions. One, if it just doesn’t sense anything, it just automatically refund your money or give you credit in there. You can just do that selection again and it would then give you your product so that, you know, we’re always trying to look for the latest technologies, things that can make the vending machines work better and better and better.
And so if you’re looking at vending machines, okay, see, I mean, we, we feel like those are just some great advantages that we have over other vending companies. Um, other things that we, we, we can talk about, you know, not every place needs a vending machine. There’s some cool new things that are coming out. One thing that we are, are starting up is a micro market where you buy stuff from an app on your phone and you will download an APP, put it in your credit card information and then you can buy the products out of your break room with that app. And it’s, it’s, it’s a pretty cool new way to, um, have a vending experience without the vending machine. And so, and then the other thing that we offer is a pantry service or delivery service where we can bring out snacks, um, to your office drinks and where you can just kind of pick from one of our packages.
We have about four different packages and we’ll bring out snacks and sodas, water or whatever you’d like and you can, you can give that to your employees, customers, maybe you could have your employees do an honor system where, you know, they throw in a dollar for every item that they take, something like that. And so just be up to you. And so we’re always looking for different ways to deliver the services in the, in the snack and refreshment needs of, of offices and locations.
