Vending Machines OKC | Credit Cards
This is podcast nine with Kay and Kay vending providing vending machines, Okc, and today I’d like to talk about credit cards and mobile payments and why we include those on all our machines and why it’s so important in today’s world that, that you have that and kind of the benefits that he brings to us and the benefits that we offer from ink vending. Um, we, we, the world has changed from, you know, 20 years ago where most people just do not carry cash and, um, that has carried down to the vending machine market. And if your employees are customers are wanting a drink, a snack than they probably didn’t have cash on them. Vending Machines OKC so it’s inconvenient. Um, if, if your machine only offers credit card readers, um, and uh, it does not offer credit card readers. And so it’s, you know, it’s imperative today.
It’s almost a must that you, you have to have credit card readers on your machine. Um, I was in a place not too long ago, a very big manufacturing company in their vending machines and not have credit card readers. And I thought, um, you know, first of all, it’s just not very good for the employees and second of others missing a lot of sales just from their business side. Um, and so it’s just a win win for everybody. It increased the sales for us to have credit card and mobile pay, um, on, on our machines. We’re going to get a lot of sales that we probably wouldn’t have gotten before, um, just because people today expect to be able to pay with a card. Vending Machines OKC, and so it, it helps us, our bottom line, um, and then it’s a win for the customer just because you know, they, they expect that towel, they expect to pay and I’m, you employees won’t have to worry about that.
They can just use her card. I don’t have to worry about bringing a bunch of change or a few dollars every day. And then one day forget and have to bum off somebody else. It’s just going to be very convenient for them and your customers and keep people happy. I’m going to keep the work going. And so we just think it’s, it’s Vending Machines OKC it’s a must. If you have a company currently, the tenure location that does not have credit card readers call us and we’ll come in there and bring in credit card readers and, and there’s, there’s several different ways you can pay with our credit card readers, you know, whether it’s a credit card, a debit card, now there’s all these ways to pay on your phone and that will accept those also. Um, and so it’s going to be very convenient for them and just, it will be what they expect.
And then of the things just very important. And then on top of that, you know, one thingK, and k vending providing vending machines. Okay? C does is, you know, a lot of companies will come in, they’ll bring their credit card readers, um, you know, you might be googling that list. I’m Vending Machines OKC and you’d go down and they’ll say, yeah, provide credit cards, a credit card readers on their machines. But one thing they may not say is they will charge an additional fee. Credit card transactions do cost a little bit of money. It’s just a few cents. Um, every, every time at the card is swiped a generally and so, uh, they will charge more to a customer to use that card and you know, one thing they will do is I’ll try to try to trick you and in effect, they will raise the price of everything ten cents or well, some people will do that and then off say they’re going to offer a lower price for a cash if you just use cash, um, or you know, if you use car there’ll be a 10 at ten cent extra, just somehow they’ll, they’ll try to just make you think, well, if I use cash I get a break.
But in reality they’re just raising the cost on you and that you. Well, we’ve decided to k and k vending, we’re just not going to charge that to our customers. We’re, we’re gonna. We’re going to provide that as a convenience because that’s really what they expect. And you know, if you go to a restaurant or you go buy something on Amazon or, or Walmart or wherever, they’re not charging you extra just because you use your card. Vending Machines OKC, and so, you know, we, we feel like that’s just today’s market, that’s just what people expect. And so with our vending machines, okay, we, we just, we do not charge the credit card fees and we feel like it gives us an advantage. Not only do we not charge those fees, we offer the lowest price guarantee and so people are going to get the best deal that they can get when you use gain k vending and I came in and we use a credit card.

Very safe. Um, all your transactions are very secure. We’ve had absolutely no issues with any kind of information being compromised. They’re almost 99 point nine percent of the time. Um, and they, we will not have to use any Wifi from your location. I know that’s kind of a big deal for a lot of people is that maybe your company does not really want to have somebody. Maybe you’ve got important information that you do, you are afraid might be compromised if he allowed an outside company to come in and tie into your Wifi. You don’t have to worry about that. Vending Machines OKC, USA technologies uses a cell reception and kind of a cell phone, a cell data, I guess you could say to process everything extremely secure.
Vending Machines OKC, I think it’s even more secure than using just a traditional line or the internet. And so it is, it’s been great for us. We’ve used them all along and they have been just a great company to work with and he will like it too. I’m usually what they do is when you swipe a card, uh, there will be like a, for instance, say you want a bottle of Dr Pepper. It’s $1 and you swipe your card. A lot of times what it’ll do is it’ll charge your card a $100 50, and if you go to your bank account it’ll say pending charges, dollar 50, but within 24 hours usually most banks it will then correct it and it’ll change on down to the, the right amount. It’ll, it’ll only charge you the dollar. Um, and so that’s just a way for them, something on their side as far as transactions goes. But other than that, I mean, it, it is just work great. Sometimes when we come into places we have to explain that and people get, get, get used to it and it’s not a big deal. I mean, you’re not getting charged extra just to just a little bit of a, just a temporary, a temporary hold on your account. And so it has worked really great for us atK and k bending.
So don’t go with that other vending machines. Okay. C Company that doesn’t offer credit cards or doesn’t really want to put it on there will, but he’s going to charge you for it. Um, you know, we just feel like that’s just doing business today. It’s a win win for us. We feel that we’re going to get more sales. People expect it and then customers are very happy about that. So, um, hopefully, Vending Machines OKC, you know, that you guys will give us a call and see what we can do for you. The no contracts that we offer are that we don’t offer, I guess you could say, um, you don’t, you’re not required to sign a contract and take a gamble on whether you’re a vending machine. Company is going to do the job. We’re going to, we’re going to do a great job so we don’t feel like we have to, to make you sign a contract and you’re going to be happy with their service so you’re not gonna want to use anybody else. So why should we have to sign a piece of paper?
